As a developing country, Iran is currently hosting various industrial and construction operations. These operations clearly necessitate efficient exploitation of resources. Obviously, all of these operations also require prior research and study. The cycle resulting from these processes is considered as expert operations or as a cycle of nationwide scientific and industrial operations. Since these operations are not performed permanently at a single location, an easily transportable product has to be allocated for the settlement of executives of these operations.
