The facade is literally the face of the building, providing aesthetic appeal, identity, and ultimately the first line of interface against the exterior environment. It is a complicated science. Given its importance, and the large percentage of the construction cost allocated to constructing it (typically 20% of a total construction budget goes toward facade erection), it would seem that there would be a high standard of quality for design, execution, and delivery of the facade.
Dry facade system is a facade implement system in which mortar is not used to connect the parts of façade including clay panels, stone and, etc. but in this system metal equipment such as rails, screws and so on are applied. This system can be implemented by clay, stone, ceramic, hpl, glass and composite panel systems.
